ColorPick Lens End User License Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE.

1. Definitions

"Software" refers to ColorPick Lens extension and all its components.

"You" refers to the individual or entity using the Software.

2. License Grant

ColorPick Lens grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

3. Permitted Uses

• Install and use the Software on any number of computers
• Create and manage color palettes for your projects
• Use the color picker and analyzer tools for web development and design
• Export and use collected color data in your projects

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding
• Distribute, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense the Software
• Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Privacy and Data Collection

The Software does not collect or transmit any personal data. All color data and settings are stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS WITH YOU.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

8. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Software at any time without notice.
